MENTORING SESSIONS
Mentoring sessions are of one-hour duration. They include practical client-specific science-based meditation or mind-focused exercises designed to
- instantly reduce stress and anxiety levels
- improve the ability to immediately focus clearly and calmly placing distractions in a diminished perspective
- set a relaxed context within which issues of the moment can be analyzed, processed and some preliminary attempt made on their resolution
- revitalize both body and mind so the client is able positively to re-engage with the world at large
