'Meditation has been my anchor through the intense demands of high-profile public performance, the often immense stresses of politics and corporate life, the storms and turbulence of periods of reinvention, of pain and serious illness, of personal growth and change. In my daily life it is my continuing compass, companion and guide. And it has provided a fascinating means of accessing unfamiliar spiritual traditions, of navigating cultural diversity, and of appreciating the inspiring search for peace of mind transcending human differences and shared by all humanity. The choice of what you make of it is entirely yours'
Kevin Hume.
